Sales Executive – Active Aging

Position Overview

We are seeking a mission-driven Sales Executive with experience in the Active Aging, senior living, healthcare, or wellness markets to help expand the reach of Move For Life AI.In this role, you will lead business development efforts across senior living communities, aging-in-place organizations, rehabilitation providers, community health programs, and other partners serving older adults. You will position Move For Life AI as a brain health, fall-risk, and functional performance solution that supports independence, safety, and quality of life.This is a high-impact role for someone who believes that aging does not have to mean decline and that data-driven insight can change how aging care is delivered.

Areas of Responsibility:

This role drives sales and business development by identifying, prospecting, and closing new clients across the Active Aging ecosystem, including senior living communities, home health organizations, wellness programs, and rehabilitation providers. It focuses on building and managing a strong sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets, and expanding client relationships through consultative selling. The role educates prospective partners on Move For Life AI’s capabilities, collaborates with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders to address safety, cognitive, and engagement challenges, and positions the solution as a proactive tool for early detection and personalized programming. It also develops long-term client relationships, partners with customer success to ensure adoption and value, collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams, represents the company at industry events, and tracks market trends, sales performance, and insights to refine growth strategies.
