Position Overview
We are seeking a confident, organized, and results-oriented Telemarketing Representative to support our sales and leadership teams through outbound calling, prospect engagement, and lead generation.In this role, you will be on the front lines of customer outreach — introducing Move For Life AI to prospective clients, qualifying interest, and helping generate meetings and opportunities for the sales team and CEO. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, follows a structured process, and wants to contribute directly to revenue growth.
Areas of Responsibility:
This role focuses on outbound calling and lead generation by engaging prospective customers through structured call lists and scripts to introduce Move For Life AI’s mission and value proposition. It qualifies leads based on interest, needs, and decision-making authority, books meetings and demos for sales executives, and maintains consistent follow-up through calls and emails to nurture interest. The role supports sales coordination by updating CRM records, managing lead handoffs, assisting with outreach campaigns, and handling basic administrative tasks. It also tracks call activity and lead outcomes, provides feedback to improve messaging and scripts, and collaborates with sales leadership to continuously refine outreach strategies and performance.
